Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website at pkakuk.com, operated by Preston Kakuk. It explains what the site collects, why, and who processes it. Plain language, no surprises.
The short version
The site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party profiling. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider sees your visit. The only personal information collected is what you deliberately type into a form.

Why
- Form details — to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work.
- Newsletter email — to send occasional updates. Reply to any message to unsubscribe.
- Analytics and logs — to understand roughly how the site is used and keep it secure and online.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Who processes it
A small number of services handle data on our behalf, each for one purpose:

Links to X, Instagram, and Telegram are ordinary outbound links. Those sites apply their own policies once you leave.
How long it is kept
Enquiries and newsletter signups are kept in our email while there is a reason to (an active or prospective engagement), then deleted. Analytics are aggregate and retained by Vercel on a rolling basis. Server logs are short-lived.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted — including unsubscribing from the newsletter. Email via the contact page and it will be handled promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; those requests are honoured on the same basis.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies are set. Analytics are cookieless. The only browser storage used is the single form timestamp described above, and any cookie Cal.com may set if you open the booking window.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be noted on this page.
